Граница с Кыргызстаном закрыта – жители приграничья Жамбылской области терпят неудобства

Для того, чтобы узнать ситуацию на казахстанско-кыргызской границе корреспондент «Контура» выехал в село Кордай Жамбылской области, где расположен один из важнейших контрольно-пропускных пунктов через реку Чу.
Пограничный переход у шоссейного моста через реку Чу райцентра Кордай (бывшее советское название Георгиевка) является одним из важнейших на границе между Казахстаном и Кыргызстаном, так как там проходит кратчайшая дорога из Бишкека на Алматы, а так же из Бишкека на станцию Шу, откуда пассажиры продолжают следовать по железной дороге на Астану.
Дорога из Алматы в Кордай (М-39) сегодня одна из лучших автомобильных трасс Казахстана. Поскольку капитально отремонтированный в 2003-2004 гг. участок этого шоссе должен стать звеном стратегической дороги «Западный Китай - Западная Европа». Основным плюсом новой дороги, соединяющей столицы Кыргызстана и Казахстана стало то, что проектировщикам удалось «пробить» крутой перевал Кордай Тянь-Шаньских гор. Некогда сложный участок дороги, где случалось много аварий, превратился в немного извилистый подъем протяженностью около двадцати километров. Для большинства водителей этот участок покажется не перевалом - а просто неровной дорогой. Тем не менее, при подъезде к Кордайскому перевалу в качестве предупреждения лихачам установлен щит, информирующий о количествах жертв в ДТП за текущий год. Хотелось бы, чтобы это число вообще не росло.
Въезд в Кордай обрамляет символичная арка с государственным флагом, после которой дорога делится на два направления: в Бишкек и в Тараз, далее Шымкент. На этой развилке и днем и ночью стоят машины частных таксистов, согласных довести вас до кыргызской столицы за 10-20 долларов.
Внутри села открыто множество обменных пунктов валюты, кафе, ресторанов и мотелей. Все услуги рассчитаны на транзитных пассажиров, следующих через Кордай. Основная прибыль кордайских предпринимателей приходится на курортный сезон, когда отдыхающие из России, Казахстана едут на отдых на озеро Иссык-куль. Уже по традиции, автобусы и легковые авто делают стоянку на Кордае, где пассажиры активно меняют валюту и просто отдыхают в местных кафе.
Сейчас, когда после апрельского переворота в Кыргызстане граница закрыта, на центральной улице Кордая непривычно малолюдно. Владелец частного магазина Магомет Обоев рассказывает, что его прибыль резко упала после 7 апреля. Среди его постоянных клиентов были российские и казахстанские «челноки», закупавшие товары народного потребления на бишкекском рынке Дордой. «С закрытием границы, торговцы пока продают имеющийся товар. Что будет дальше, они не знают? Кыргызы, сами себе нанесли экономический урон. Кто к ним теперь поедет после того, что показали по телевизору? Наш президент Нурсултан Назарбаев дал правильную оценку всем этим событиям: накормите народ, а потом занимайтесь политикой. Я считаю, что это никакая не революция, а простая борьба за власть» - говорит М.Обоев.
В центре Кордая ведется ремонт дороги, преображается площадь. Сельчане готовятся встретить 65-летие Великой Победы. Следует отметить, что священный праздник широко будет праздновать во всем Казахстане.
На самом контрольно-пропускном пункте «Кордай» также малолюдно. В Кыргызстан пропускают только самих кыргызстанцев, граждан «третьих стран», следующих транзитом. Днем пограничники пропускают казахстанских студентов, которые учатся в вузах Бишкека. Такая поблажка действует для молодых людей с 9 до 18 часов. В индивидуальном порядке командование КПП рассматривает случаи, связанные со смертью близких родственников.
О том, когда откроют границу никто из местных жителей Кордая не знает. Среди них муссируются разные мнения. Некоторые говорят, что границу откроют в мае, другие пессимистично говорят об осени. А пока большинство сельчан сетуют на торговцев местного рынка, поднявших цены на продовольствие. Последний говорят, что были вынуждены пойти на данные меры, поскольку остановился импорт дешевых продуктов из Бишкека. Кордайский таксист Рыспек Акматбаев по-своему смотрит на происходящее. Его проблема в том, что раньше он дешево и качество ремонтировал свою машину на кыргызской стороне, а пока вынужден ездить с техническими дефектами.
В самом же Кыргызстане не менее ждут открытия коммуникаций с Казахстаном. Есть слух, что в стране заканчиваются запасы ГСМ, муки, и другого продовольствия, которое завозится из Казахстана и России.
